Jon Hjelm
Jon Hjelm (pronounced ‘yelm’) grew up on a farm South of Royal in Clay County. At Iowa State University he received a BS in Agricultural Business. A member of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity. A Realtor since 1981. He founded The Acre Company in 1988. A graduate of Mason City College of Auctioneering. Active in Farm Real Estate Sales, Exchanges, Multiple Ownership Sales, Development and Land Auctions.
Chuck Sikora
Chuck Sikora grew up on a farm northwest of Ayrshire in Palo Alto County. He received an Associate of Arts degree from Iowa Lakes Community College and attended Iowa State University. After college he farmed in the Ruthven area operating a cow/calf operation and also worked at and managed Spencer Livestock Sales. In 1995 he was a graduate of the Mason City College of Auctioneering and has been a Realtor since 2005.
Joe Laubenthal
Joe Laubenthal grew up on a farm in the Bradgate area, where he helped farm and raise cattle with his family. He attended the truck driving program in ICCC in 2005-2006, then worked at Pro Coop from 2006-2014, hauling grain, dumping grain and fertilizer, and mixing chemicals. He has been a biological fertilizer dealer for Agritec International since August of 2023. Joe obtained his real estate salesperson license from ICCC in 2008 and worked for several other real estate companies before joining The ACRE Company in 2024 with his Iowa Brokers license.
